Glass making!

You’ll Be Mesmerized Watching These Glass Sculptures Being Forged By Flame

Glass is so old, it predates man’s discovery of fire. In nature, glass forms “when certain types of rocks melt as a result of high-temperature phenomena such as volcanic eruptions, lighting strikes” or the like, according to the House of Glass. The oldest fragments of manmade glass date all the way back to the 16th century BC in Mesopotamia, and since then the craft has evolved steadily and spectacularly. Using heat and cooling, a talented glass maker is capable of nearly any shape.
