ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔၏ FoM Program သည္ အေမရိကန္ႏုိင္ငံ ICPM (Institute of Certified Professional Managers) အဖဲြ႔ၾကီးမွ ေပးအပ္ေသာ Program တစ္ခုျဖစ္ျပီး သင္တန္းတြင္ Module (၃)ခု ပါ၀င္ကာ HR ၊ Finance ၊ Leadership ၊ Communication ၊ Decision Making အစရွိသည့္ Management Function မ်ားအားလံုးကို ေရာျပြမ္းသင္ယူသြားရမွာ ျဖစ္ပါ သည္။ FoMျပီးဆံုးပါက ICPM မွပင္ ခ်ီးျမွင့္ေသာ CM (Certified Manager) သင္တန္းကို Module တစ္ခုကင္းလြတ္ျပီး တက္ေရာက္ခြင့္ရမွာ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

သင္တန္းကာလအားျဖင့္ (၃)လ နာရီ-၉၀ ၾကာျမင့္မွာ ျဖစ္ျပီး သင္တန္းေၾကး အေနျဖင့္တစ္လလွ်င္ တစ္သိန္း (Exam Fees မပါ၀င္) ႏွင့္ သံုးလအတြက္ သံုးသိန္းက်ပ္ က်သင့္မွာ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
