စင္ကာပူမွာ Nursing Home အမ်ားစုမွာ လုပ္ရင္လုပ္မလုပ္ရင္ Care Giver Training ဆိုၿပီး MOH က တရားဝင္သတ္မွတ္ထားတဲ့ သင္တန္းေတြတက္ၿပီး Patient Home Care ဆိုၿပီး Basic Care ေပးတဲ့ အလုပ္ေတြ ရၾကပါ တယ္။ ဒါေပမဲ့ စင္ကာပူမွာ Registered Nurse တစ္ေယာက္ျဖစ္ဖို ့ Singapore Nursing Board က သတ္မွတ္ထားတဲ့ အခ်က္ေတြ ျပည့္စံုရပါတယ္။ စလံုးမွာ သူနာျပဳ ဒီပလိုမာ ဒါမွမဟုတ္ သူနာျပဳ ဒီဂရီဘြဲ ့ရရင္ေတာ့ RN တစ္ေယာက္တန္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။RN ေတြမွာလည္း ျမန္မာ ဖိလစ္ပိုင္। တ႐ုတ္।မေလးရွား ႏိုင္ငံေပါင္းစံုက သူနာျပဳ ဒီဂရီဘြဲ ့ရခဲ့တာေတာင္မွ SNB က သတ္မွတ္ထားတဲ့ စာေမးပြဲကို သတ္မွတ္ၿပီး မွာ MEDICATION serve လို ့ရတဲ့ RN ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
စလံုးမွာ ITE ၿပီးရင္ေတာင္ Enrolled Nurse ပဲ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ RN, EN, HCA ဆိုၿပီး အဆင့္ဆင့္ရွိတာပါ। EN ဆိုသည္မွာလည္း သူနာျပဳပါပဲ ဒါေပမဲ့ ေဆးဝါးေတြ Complicated Procedure ေတြ လုပ္ခြင့္မရွိပါဘူး। ဒါေပမဲ့ ျမန္မာတစ္ခ်ိဳ ့EN ေတြ အရမ္းကိုေတာ္ပါတယ္। သူတို ့ေတြက ျမန္မာျပည္မွာ သူနာျပဳ တကၠသိုလ္ဘြဲ ့၄ႏွစ္ရထားတဲ့ သူေတြ မ်ားပါတယ္। SNB Rules ေၾကာင့္သာ EN ေတြ ျဖစ္ေနရတာပါ। ခုနက ေျပာခဲ့တဲ့ ေအာင္ခ်မ္းေျမ႕ တို ့က ၿပီးလာရင္ HCA လို ့ေခၚတဲ့ Healthcare Assistant ေတာင္ မေသခ်ာႏိုင္ေသးပါဘူး। HCA မွာလည္း Competency ေတြ ၾကည့္ပါေသးတယ္। ဆိုလိုခ်င္တာက ကိုယ့္ႏွဳတ္ဖ်ားက ထြက္လိုက္တဲ့ စကားတစ္ခြန္း က ကိုယ့္ကိုယ္ကို ကာကြယ္ဖို ့ သိကၡာက်မွာ စိုးရိမ္ေနတာလား သူမ်ားကို ထိခိုက္ေစပါတယ္။
သူနာျပဳဆိုတာ အဘိုးႀကီးေတြ အဖြားႀကီးေတြ ျပဳစုရတာေလ। စလံုးမွာ အဲလို အသံေတြကို ၾကားေနရေတာ့ နည္းနည္းေတာ့ ခံျပင္းလာတယ္। သူနာျပဳ တစ္ေယာက္ ျဖစ္ဖို ့တစ္ႏွစ္စီပဲ လိုင္စင္ေပးတဲ့ တင္းက်ပ္လွတဲ့ SNB နဲ ့ အရမ္းကို STRUGGLE လုပ္ရတဲ့ Clinical setting , JCI လို ့ေခၚတဲ့ Joint Commission Accreditation အတြက္ ဘယ္လိုေတြ ျပင္ဆင္ထားရလဲ? ဘယ္လိုေတြ Professional က်က် Knowledge ရွိရွိ ေနရမလဲ? ဘယ္လို ရံုးကန္ရမလဲ Career Tract အတြက္ ဘယ္လို ျပင္ဆင္ၿပီး ဘယ္လို update ေတြ လုပ္ေနရလဲဆိုတာ မသိဘဲနဲ ့ေတာ့ သူနာျပဳလား လြယ္လြယ္ေလးပါကြာ။
ဟုတ္ကဲ့ စလံုးမွာ Head to Toes Holistic Care ပါရွင့္ Every entry/ signature/ action is legal ပါရွင့္ အခ်ိန္တိုင္း မ်က္စိဖြင့္ နားစြင့္ ေနရပါတယ္။ Punctuality အတြက္ ဘယ္ေလာက္ Training ေတြ လုပ္ထားလဲ Honesty အတြက္ ဘယ္လို စိတ္ဓာတ္ေတြ ႐ိုက္ထည့္ေပးထားလဲ? If I were patient ဆိုတဲ့ စိတ္ခ်င္းစာနာမွဳေတြ စလံုးမွာ Training လုပ္ထားတဲ့ သူနာျပဳေတြ စိတ္ထဲမွာ 100% မရွိရင္ေတာင္ 80% ကေတာ့ ရွိေနတယ္။ ျမင္ျမင္လာသမွ် ဘယ္အရပ္ ဘယ္ဌာေနက သူနာျပဳေတြ ျမင္လာလဲေတာ့ မသိဘူး မပုတ္ခတ္ပါနဲ ့ရွင္ ပင္ပန္းပါတယ္။
Service Excellent ဆိုတဲ့ စိတ္ကို ေက်ာင္းသားဘဝမွာတည္း က ႐ိုက္သြင္းထားခဲ့တယ္। Attendance တစ္ေယာက္မွ မရွိပါဘူး Service ကို အျပည့္ေပး Complain ဆိုတာ မရွိေအာင္ Serve , လူနာလည္း Customer, ေဒါက္တာလည္း Customer ဆိုတဲ့ စိတ္နဲ ့ Customer Service ကို ဘယ္ေလာက္ေပးေနရလဲ? အားလံုးက Nurse ဆိုတာေခၚလိုက္တာ လြယ္လြယ္ေလးပါ। ဒါေပမဲ့ သူနာျပဳ လို ့ေျပာတဲ့ စကားရဲ ့အေပၚမွာ တစ္ခြန္းေလညက္ေတာ့ ေမးခြင့္ျပဳပါ ဘာသူနာျပဳလဲဟင္လို ့ ဟုတ္ပါတယ္। သူနာျပဳဆိုတာ လူနာကို ျပဳစုရတာပါ।

The Singapore Nursing Board Registered Nurse Licensure Examination!
Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP), School of Health Sciences(SHS), has been appointed by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) since 1999 to be the official body to conduct the Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure Examination.
The Licensure Examinations are conducted locally and overseas from January to October annually for nurses seeking registration with the Board. The Licensure Examinations reflect competencies for safe and current practice in Singapore and serve as a means for SNB to determine if the applicants can be registered for practice in Singapore.

Professional Registration For Nurses
Nurses, midwives and Advanced Practice Nurses are required to have a valid practising certificate issued by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) to practice nursing or midwifery in Singapore.
The SNB is a statutory board established under the Nurses and Midwives Act (Chapter 209) to register and enrol nurses, register midwives and certify Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs). It also regulates the standards of education, professional conduct and ethics, and scope of practice of nurses and registered midwives in Singapore.
